Chuck Burke is the co-head of the Rockefeller Center for Wealth Solutions and Deputy Chief Operating Officer of the Rockefeller Global Family Office, a division of Rockefeller Capital Management. Chuck oversees a diverse group of businesses and advisory groups that partner closely with Rockefeller’s Private Advisors to deliver holistic financial and estate planning services to Rockefeller’s high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. These services include philanthropic advisory, foundation administration and the Rockefeller Trust Companies as well as family office solutions including tax preparation, financial reporting and bill concierge.

Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2024, Chuck served as Global Head of Marketing for Morgan Stanley Investment Management overseeing all aspects of marketing including content development, product marketing, digital marketing, advertising, creative and preparation of requests for proposals.

Chuck is a champion of diversity recruiting and retention efforts, including serving as the Co-Chair of the Morgan Stanley Pride & Ally Network for many years and is a 2015 recipient of the John J. Mack Leadership & Culture Award.

Chuck started his career at Merrill Lynch, where he spent nearly ten years in a variety of roles in corporate development, corporate banking and risk management.

Outside of the office, Chuck is a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the Development Committee for HealthRight International and a member of the City of New Rochelle’s Planning Board. He is a past President of the New Rochelle Public Library Board of Trustees.

Chuck graduated with a B.A. in economics from Fairfield University and serves on the Marketing Advisory Council for the Dolan School of Business.
