Stefan Palmer is Global Vice President at Genpact, where he advises mid-market and large enterprises on transformation through AI, operational excellence, and process innovation. He leads global sales, commercial strategy, and consulting teams, partnering with C-suite leaders to drive growth, cost out, and improved customer and supplier experiences across a portfolio of clients.

Stefan also leads the scaling of Genpact’s NextGen venture, a global channel serving organizations under $10B in revenue, where he oversees strategic design, execution, investment planning, AI-driven solutions, and operational innovation.

He holds an MBA from IMD Business School in Lausanne and an LLB from University of Southampton.

He serves on the Board of Directors of HealthRight International, supporting its mission to expand access to quality healthcare for underserved communities worldwide.
