Dr. Gregory Janis
Dr. Gregory Janis is a non-invasive cardiologist who is a part of NYU Langone Columbus Cardiology Associates on the Upper Westside of Manhattan. Dr. Janis graduated from Yale University with a BA in Biology and then attended SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He subsequently trained at Montefiore Medical Center where he served as chief resident and subsequently St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center where he became chief fellow. He has been in practice for over 10 years and previously served as the Associate Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at St. Luke’s Hospital before he transitioned to a more outpatient based practice with NYU Langone Health. Dr. Janis has devoted himself to the teaching of students and trainees as well as providing exceptional clinical care. He is the childhood friend of Peter Alderman and had been deeply involved in the Peter C. Alderman Foundation since its inception. He is intent on continuing the great work of PCAF through HealthRight International.
