Deb is a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial, results-driven, human resources professional, coach & trusted advisor to company leaders is how others describe Deb.  A native New Yorker, she earned a BA in Psychology and MS in Education (Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling) from Hunter College, CUNY in New York City. 

Deb designs and develops strategic HR infrastructures that keep companies compliant & leverage the strengths of employees and work cultures. Over a period of 20 years Deb developed her HR experience resulting in a solid foundation of working knowledge in the key areas of human resources from strategic staffing through separation.  In addition to developing HR programs, her preferred work focus in performance, employee development, and change management. Previously, she was Recruitment Manager for the American Red Cross September 11 Program which serviced families and victims of 9/11 terrorist attacks; she was also the first Human Resources Director for the Collegiate Church Corporation, a 300-year-old + faith-based organization that began in Manhattan in 1628. Deb has also served on the board of several nonprofits including Harlem Dowling West Side Center for Children and Family Services and ASTD (American Society of Training and Development). 

Deb is a seeker with an intention of lifelong learning. Currently, she is studying and engaging in practices that include mindfulness, mindset and neuropsychology to enhance her competencies and those of her clients. In addition to her work with people, Deb is an energy healer and services animals.
