Arna Choksi
Arna Choksi is a Communications Intern working under Naile Ruiz. Arna is an undergraduate student at New York University pursuing an individualized major in Health and Human Rights, with a focus on immigration policy, and a minor in chemistry and social public policy. Her long-term goal is to work with refugee and immigrant populations and play a role in increasing their access to healthcare through community-driven solutions. Arna has previously contributed to a research project in immunology and oncology, where she worked on gene sequences to block oncological markers. Through her extracurricular marketing and content creation work on multiple projects, Arna developed a strong interest in graphic design and blog writing as well. She plans to use her experience in communications to spread awareness and to encourage solutions driven towards increasing healthcare access in marginalized populations.
